Sometimes the most obscure films make for the most fun posters. Let’s face it, I’m never going to watch ‘Karate Motos’, but this cool, kitsch poster is simply bonkers! 

This 1973 Hong Kong martial arts action thriller also goes by the title The Deadly Chase. I’ve no idea what its about, but the only synopsis I can find (in French) sums it up as “Violence, vengeance et opium”, which is probably all the detail one needs.  (Oh, and it involves karate and motorbikes, possibly at the same time!)

This is one of a few 1970s French posters for Asian martial arts movies that I picked up recently as part of an auction lot, along with “Miss Karate” (originally titled “On The Waterfront”, no less!) and the great titled “The Kamikaze Of Karate”!  These are all for sale here.
